Lunch and Dinner

Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of lunch.  But through the years I have come to realize its importance.  Dinner was always more fun.  Now, however, I try to make my lunches bigger and dinners smaller.  It’s better for your digestion and metabolism, and helps you sleep through the night.  I also like to work out at night after work, before I eat dinner, so the more fuel I have going into that, the better!  Here are some key recipes that can be used for lunch or dinner.
